Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: Oversee leasing, applicant screening, lease negotiations, move-ins, move-outs, and renewalsEnsure compliance with Fair Housing, Section 8, LIHTC, and all applicable local, state, and federal regulationsCoordinate maintenance and vendor work orders; manage vendor SLAsMaintain accurate property, resident, and financial records in AppFolio and Google SuiteDeliver excellent resident service and resolve escalated tenant concerns with professionalism and urgencyPrepare and review property reports, occupancy updates, leasing activity, and other management reports Qualifications: What You’ll Bring (Must-Haves): Active Texas Real Estate License (required)Experience with AppFolio and LIHTC/Section 8 complianceStrong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skillsNice-To-Haves: Portfolio management experience, basic P&L familiaritySuccess At 6 Months: Maintain occupancy target (X%), reduce lease turnaround time, and improve vendor performance Compensation: $19 - $21 hourly
