Senior Water Delivery Project Manager Kleinfelder is seeking a Senior Water Delivery Project Manager in the Southern New England market. Location Boston, MA Worcester, MA Springfield, MA Rocky Hill, CT Responsibilities Collaborate with business development and market resources to help win and deliver the best projects. Perform water resources engineering planning, design, project proposal, and management duties. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in civil engineering; master’s degree in water resources or civil engineering strongly desired. Licensed PE in Connecticut; additional licenses in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, or Maine preferred. 10+ years of relevant water resources experience and 5+ years of project management experience. Experience developing and managing client relationships by connecting resources outside the region, discipline/practice, and market. Experience guiding technical staff in the delivery of water resources projects. Expertise in full‑cycle business capture, from opportunity identification to proposal development and submission. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams. Salary Salary range: $133,000 - $227,000.
