Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Benefits Flexible and full‑time schedules between 9:30 am and 6 pm (weekends until 5 pm) Eligibility for full‑time benefits after an average of 20+ hours: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, sick time, and flex spending Company‑paid life and accidental death insurance, plus exclusive vendor discounts Mileage reimbursement for traveling between properties or other work‑related tasks Opportunity for property managers to earn performance‑based bonuses Job Description Work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside the facility Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent Audit cash drawers and deposit cash as part of daily operations Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required Physical Requirements Transport and lift items weighing up to 35 pounds Walk and move around facilities for up to 50% of the day, including climbing stairs and opening large doors Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal free of debris Qualifications Experience : Successful candidates come from a variety of customer‑service‑centered sales environments, including retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies. Transportation : Must have a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle for traveling between work locations and/or for other work‑related activities (mileage reimbursement available).
