Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

• Full Time, Part Time & Per Diem Day Shift; 7:00 A.M - 3:00 P.M 

• Full Time, Part Time & Per Diem Evening Shift; 3:00 P.M - 11:00 P.M 

• Full Time & Per Diem Night Shift; 11:00 P.M - 7:00 A.M 

• Per Diem Weekends

Eligible full-time employees may elect Modified Compensation calculated at 10-20% of the base rate in lieu of select benefits.

Available Shifts:

• Full Time, Part Time & Per Diem Day Shift; 7:00 A.M - 3:00 P.M 

• Part Time & Per Diem Evening Shift; 3:00 P.M - 11:00 P.M 

• Full Time & Per Diem Night Shift; 11:00 P.M - 7:00 A.M 

• Per Diem Weekends

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to our residents.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

• Monitor patient conditions and collaborate with the healthcare team to adjust care plans as needed.

• Educate residents and their families on health management and care plans.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and facility standards.

• Lead and support nursing staff in delivering exceptional patient care.

Requirements:

• Valid RN license in New Hampshire.

• Strong clinical skills and the ability to provide compassionate care.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Previous experience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferred but not required.
