What You'll Actually Do As a Care Pro, you'll provide non-medical support based on each client's individual needs, including:

• Companionship, conversation, and activities
• Personal care assistance, including bathing and toileting
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Transportation to appointments and errands
• Medication reminders
• Safety oversight and support

• A reliable vehicle for your shifts
• A valid driver's license
• Current vehicle insurance with you listed as a driver
• A smartphone or device with reliable service
• The ability to pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle records check, and drug screen
