Product Manager II

Location Basking Ridge, NJ (Hybrid – 3 days onsite: Tues/Wed/Thurs) Overview We’re seeking a dynamic Product Manager II to manage and expand mobile device product portfolio. This role focuses on maintaining existing business performance while driving innovation, growth, and operational excellence in a highly competitive market. The Product Manager will collaborate cross‑functionally to define strategy, analyze market opportunities, and deliver a holistic growth plan. Key Responsibilities Drive product strategy, roadmap execution, and portfolio performance. Analyze market trends and consumer insights to guide product innovation. Partner with retail, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure smooth product lifecycle management. Develop business cases and communicate market positioning and product vision. Support sales enablement by creating clear value propositions and product stories. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Product Marketing, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience. 6+ years of relevant experience in product management, product marketing, or retail/inventory management. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree or MBA. Strong digital and analytical experience with deep understanding of business drivers and market dynamics. Proven ability to present insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
