Key responsibilities include developing a technology strategy, ensuring technology solutions comply with applicable standards, promoting design, engineering, and organizational practices, and advocating and advancing modern, Agile solution delivery practices. Job expectations may include coaching, mentoring, providing feedback and hands on career development, identifying emerging talent, fostering leadership skills, and managing stakeholders.Position Summary: This role is an experienced manager, who is responsible for building and leading a team to deliver technology products and services that meet business outcomes. Their primary responsibility is to the people they manage, ensuring they are developing through coaching, mentoring, feedback, and hands-on career development. Other key responsibilities may include developing a technology strategy and ensuring technology solutions comply with applicable standards. This role advocates and advances modern, Agile solution delivery practices and evangelizes great design, engineering and organizational practicesResponsibilities:Builds and manages teams by performing financial activities to inform workforce strategy and hiring practices, setting and tracking maturity and quality objectives, and training employees/teams to address feedback and achieve quality and performance objectivesFacilitates performance and career development of employees/teams through performance reviews, coaching, and creating development plans that are needed to build competencies and skillsManages solution delivery and application performance in production (app health, resiliency, performance, security, enterprise data management standards, audit exams and reviews), ensuring all relevant risk, financial, and compliance policies are metManages relationships with business and technology partners and leads and creates followership in Communities of Practice in the organizationContributes to the technology strategy for their technical domainCreates an inclusive and healthy working environment and helps to resolve organizational impediments/blockersEnsures that execution is aligned with product strategy by working with product management and other stakeholdersAccountable for team/program level resource and financial management; build and maintain teams through talent acquisition.Set maturity objectives and provide individuals/teams with training and resources to achieve them.Set and track quality and performance objectives.Facilitate performance and career development of individuals through performance reviews, coaching, and building individual development plans that are needed to develop competencies and skills.Understand individual and team maturity and performance through team/client feedback.Manage relationships with the business and technology leaders, and vendors for technical products.Be accountable for solution delivery management as relevant to their teams (for example, prioritizing tech debt, compliance and security items, and supporting audits).Be accountable to ensure all relevant risk, financial, and compliance polices and standards are met.Be accountable for the application performance in production (app health, resiliency, performance, security, enterprise data management standards, audit exams and reviews).Create the technology strategy for their technical domain.Required Qualifications:5+ Years Experience in managing software development teams for regulated industries (financial services, healthcare etc.)Passionate about transforming infrastructure delivery though use of AIExperience in Product Ownership, Software Engineering, AI and Network InfrastructureProven experience building, leading, and developing high-performing technology teams, with a strong focus on employee engagement, retention, and growth.Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop talent, including providing ongoing feedback, career guidance, and performance development.Strong leadership skills with accountability for team outcomes, delivery execution, and people management responsibilities.Experience defining and executing technology strategies that align with business goals and drive measurable outcomes.Solid understanding of modern software engineering practices, enabling effective oversight and guidance of technical teams.Ability to ensure technology solutions comply with enterprise standards, including security, risk, and regulatory requirements in a banking environment.Strong advocacy for and experience with Agile delivery practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and continuous improvement methodologies.Desired Qualifications:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire teams and articulate vision, strategy, and outcomes.Experience managing complex delivery environments, balancing multiple priorities while ensuring quality and timely delivery.Commitment to fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.Skills:InfluenceRisk ManagementSolution DesignStakeholder ManagementTechnical Strategy DevelopmentAnalytical ThinkingApplication DevelopmentCollaborationResult OrientationSolution Delivery ProcessOtherShift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40SummaryLocation: Chandler; Charlotte; PlanoType: Full time
