We're looking for a motivated, high-energy Store Manager to lead the team, drive results, and keep the good vibes flowing. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves developing people, and knows how to balance strong operations with a fun team culture.

As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a successful, profitable store while coaching and developing your team, driving sales, and creating an environment employees and guests genuinely enjoy being part of.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily store operations and create an energetic, guest-focused environment
• Coach, motivate, and develop Assistant Managers and Team Members
• Deliver exceptional guest service while ensuring food quality and operational standards are consistently met
• Drive sales growth, manage controllable expenses, and support overall store profitability
• Read and manage Profit & Loss statements and understand key business metrics
• Lead by example during busy shifts and jump in wherever needed
• Build a positive, productive, and team-oriented culture
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards are maintained at all times
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and overall shift execution
• Develop future leaders and support ongoing team growth
• Ensure company policies and procedures are consistently followed

• Previous restaurant, retail, hospitality, or food service management experience
• Strong leadership and people development skills
