Tax Associate

To support a growing firm, the full-time Tax Associate will collaborate with senior tax leadership on tax planning, compliance, and consulting for small to mid-sized businesses, focusing on partnership and pass-through entity tax issues in a fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review tax returns for small to mid-sized businesses, emphasizing partnerships and pass-through entities Assist in developing and implementing tax strategies to help clients navigate complex tax challenges Support senior tax leaders in providing proactive tax consulting and planning services Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience handling complex tax matters within a CPA firm environment Solid understanding of tax compliance and planning, particularly with partnership and pass-through entity issues Proven ability to build strong, long-term client relationships Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and high-quality service Motivated to expand technical expertise and progress in a tax career
