If you're ready to bring your skills and experience to a mission-driven organization where your work can make a meaningful difference, we'd love to hear from you.Pay: $55,000 - $65,000Differentials: Unlicensed only - $3,500/year once you obtain independent license (LMHC or LICSW)$5,000/year once their caseload is at 50% or more with clients/parents who speak a language other than EnglishShift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with expectation of 6 weekly hours between 5pm-8pm & weekend rotation 9am-1pm (as needed by rotation) - Hybrid with 2 days in-person at schools
