Plumber HelperHaddad Plumbing and Heating Inc. is seeking a Plumber Helper to join our team. The Plumber Helper will support the Plumbing department by performing Plumbing work and assist Plumber on daily tasks and projects. Essential FunctionsMeasure, cut, thread and assemble new pipe, placing the assembled pipe in hangers or other supports.Cut or drill holes in walls or floors to accommodate the passage of pipes.Assist pipe fitters in the layout, assembly, and installation of piping for air, gas and water systems.Cut pipe and lift up to fitters.Fit or assist in fitting valves, couplings, or assemblies to tanks, pumps, or systems using hand tools.Mount brackets and hangers on walls and ceilings to hold pipes, and set sleeves or inserts to provide support for pipes.Excavate and grade ditches, and lay and join pipe for water and sewer serviceDisassemble and remove damaged or worn pipe.Wear PPE as established by the company guidelinesAny other tasks as assigned managerRequired Education and ExperienceMust have a OSHA 10 or 30Organizational and multitasking abilitiesActive listener with excellent communication skillsSound judgment and critical thinkingProfessional behavior and conductMust be able to work well individually and with a team.Compensation Starts at $17 Hourly with no experience Benefits Include:Medical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401(k) Plan with Company MatchPaid Time Off (PTO)Paid HolidaysPaid VacationOpportunities for Career Growth and AdvancementPosition Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position Monday – Saturday 7am-3:30pm.
