About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Product Management to lead the development of innovative products that empower independent restaurants. The successful candidate will be a key player in defining the product strategy, with a strong focus on intelligence, reporting, and AI. This role requires a data-driven approach, a deep understanding of market opportunities, and the ability to manage a team of Product Managers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, impactful products. The VP of Product Management will work closely with the C-Suite to create and execute product roadmaps, and must be adept at working cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and support teams. Applicants for the VP of Product Management position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' product management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Fluency with AI tools is essential, as is a proven track record of being customer-centric and metrics-driven. The role demands a forward-thinking approach to product vision and design, particularly in the context of rapidly evolving AI technology. Strong communication and presentation skills are a must, as the role involves engaging with a wide range of stakeholders. While not a strict requirement, past experience in the restaurant industry is a significant advantage. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of making decisions in the face of uncertainty, and will be passionate about the mission of supporting independent restaurant operators.
