Full time Staff Pharmacist - Florance KY

Job Description

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

RPh on the Go is seeking a Staff Pharmacists for a 13-week contract to hire opportunity in Southgate, Kentucky. This is an excellent opportunity to join a pharmacy team with flexible shift options and potential for long-term placement.

Schedule: Monday through Friday

1st Shift Options :
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

2nd Shift Option :
11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

Provide pharmaceutical care to patients.

Accurately process and dispense prescription orders.

Perform order verification.

Counsel patients on medications and healthcare needs.

Maintain controlled substance records and documentation.

Collaborate with physicians to resolve prescription issues.

Utilize reference materials for clinical decision-making.

Requirements:

Active and clear Kentucky Pharmacist license.

Minimum of 1+ year of pharmacy experience.

Retail or mail order experience preferred.

Strong communication and clinical skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
