Talent Acquisition Specialist

CNH Industrial Reman is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across all functional areas from end to end. Based in Springfield, MO in an onsite role, you will partner closely with hiring managers and teams to strengthen recruitment outcomes, protect candidate experience, and improve recruiting efficiency through data-driven process enhancements. What you’ll do Own the full recruitment lifecycle for all functional areas, supporting efficient and effective hiring outcomes. Maintain a smooth, engaging candidate experience by delivering timely communication, clear feedback, and professional interactions throughout the process. Partner with departments by providing recruitment strategy guidance and delivering high-quality support across the hiring process. Use a range of sourcing strategies to identify and attract talent, while building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs. Research labor market trends to align sourcing strategy with current industry conditions. Build understanding of roles within the remanufacturing environment through job shadowing to improve hiring fit and help reduce turnover. Evaluate and refine recruitment processes to increase efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and improve candidate experience, aligned with business goals and best practices. Manage candidates and recruitment activity in The Applicant Manager , providing regular updates and metrics to leadership, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records to meet regulatory standards. What you bring Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university and 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite . Strong urgency, attention to detail, initiative, and sound judgment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Emotional intelligence to build and foster relationships internally and externally. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a respectful, approachable, team-oriented demeanor. Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills. High professionalism and discretion, with the ability to handle sensitive information.
