Customer Service Representative
Join Our Team! We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to serve as a primary point of contact for customers. This role supports customer inquiries, order processing, issue resolution, and coordination with warehouse and sales teams to help ensure a positive customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Assist customers by phone, email, and in person.
- Process customer orders, changes, and cancellations.
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
- Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and freight-related issues.
- Maintain accurate customer records and order information.
- Assist Will-Call customers and support daily operations.
- Stay informed about company products and services.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.
- Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding customer service.
- Team player who is willing to help wherever needed.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to be trained on warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
