We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support daily client interactions and ensure a positive service experience for customers in Lexington, South Carolina. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who can manage multiple priorities, communicate clearly, and maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced setting. The role requires a dependable, detail-oriented individual who can handle a high volume of inquiries while staying organized and focused on accurate service and order support.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming customer calls and messages with professionalism, providing timely assistance and clear information.
• Enter and update customer orders accurately, ensuring all details are recorded correctly in internal systems.
• Manage several tasks at once while keeping work organized and service levels consistent throughout the day.
• Support both inbound and outbound customer communication related to questions, order status, and general account needs.
• Document customer interactions thoroughly to maintain accurate records and support follow-up activity.
• Use customer service platforms, including CRM tools such as Salesforce when applicable, to track requests and resolutions.
• Maintain reliable performance during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m..
• After completing training and meeting connectivity requirements, participate in a limited remote work schedule as approved.• Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar client-facing environment.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently without losing attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
• Experience with inbound calls, outbound calls, and order entry processes.
• Comfort working with computer-based systems and learning new tools quickly.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, including Salesforce, is a plus.
• Dependable internet connectivity for any approved remote work arrangement.
