This Work from Home position requires that you live and will perform the duties of the position; within 60 miles of an HCA Healthcare Hospital (Our hospitals are located in the following states: FL, GA, ID, KS, KY, MO, NV, NH, NC, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA).

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Trainer is responsible for low level education material maintenance and delivery of content[ specific curriculums. This individual works closely with Learning and Development teams to ensure course content and delivery meets the needs of targeted audiences. Skilled in facilitation and interpersonal communication, the Trainer consistently demonstrates solid organizational skills, time management, and professionalism.

In this role you will:

• Apply adult learning concepts when delivering educational programs
• Teaches classes and assists other instructors in classroom and work settings
• Utilizes available standardized courses and instructor evaluation processes
• Assists in performing an annual education needs assessment as input to the strategic
• education program
• Utilizes a training database to track competencies and skills for all colleagues
• Provides training reports to SSC managers and directors

Qualifications:

• One year of related experience required
