Position Overview: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) Insurance Licenses are required prior to your start date, along with prior employment at a State Farm office for 2 years or more.  This position offers an exceptional career path for a high-performing salesperson, featuring uncapped earning potential and room to grow.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Dedicated to customer service
• Windows OS and application proficiency
• Ability to multi-task
• Property and Casualty license (must have currently)
• Life and Health license (must have or quickly be able to obtain)
