This includes ensuring repair, upkeep, and maintenance of all facility equipment as well as overseeing all maintenance processes and procedures.Duties / Responsibilities:1. Plans and executes the preventative, predictive, and condition-based maintenance of production equipment.2. Attends to break downs, diagnose faults, and oversees equipment improvements and time-critical repair.3. Manages spare parts inventory.4. Oversee the continuous monitoring of production and process equipment for proper operation through routine inspections.5. Create, implement, and maintain preventative maintenance program of production including inspection of plant equipment and inventory for replenishing parts.6. Maintain documentation, machine history, and all other appropriate documentation for production equipment, including or if necessary, requesting replacement for any tools/equipment.Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Required:1. Ability to create and follow a routine maintenance schedule2. Electrical experience including but not limited to three-phase and single-phase power and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) skills.3. Good communication skills at all levels4. Ability to trouble shoot machinery, equipment, and tools – mechanically inclined5. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion6. Ability to solve problems quickly and safely using sound judgement7. Strong written and verbal communication skills including exposure to Microsoft Word and Excel.Education and Qualifications:1. High school diploma2. 5 years of maintenance experience preferred3.
