Brand Ambassador

Summary The Brand Ambassador delivers a personalized, customer-first shopping experience on the sales floor, supporting sales goals and brand standards. This entry-level retail role focuses on driving KPI performance, styling and educating customers, and maintaining store presentation and operations. The Brand Ambassador is an ambassador for the brand and a potential pathway to future leadership roles. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and maintain a customer-first mindset. Meet or exceed individual KPIs (SPH, data capture) and support team sales objectives. Engage customers through the Polo Connect program and educate them on products and initiatives. Assist customers in fitting rooms, support sizing, and uphold store standards on the sales floor and back of house. Support operational activities including floor sets, replenishment (ISOS), opening and closing tasks. Maintain visual merchandising standards and provide product feedback to management. Participate in company trainings and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team environment. Requirements Retail or similar high-volume customer-facing experience preferred. Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues. Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs. Comfort working flexible schedules including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel.
