Supply Chain Program Manager

Supply Chain Program Manager Overview Seeking a Program Manager to drive supplier‑facing schedule management and execution oversight across multiple external partners. This role will maintain detailed action trackers, supplier timelines, and milestone plans while ensuring strong communication and accountability. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update supplier schedules, action trackers, and milestone plans. Drive follow‑up with suppliers to confirm task status, identify risks, and ensure on‑time execution. Develop and manage timelines for builds, packaging, sterilization, metrology, and related activities. Support integration of supplier schedules into the overall program timeline. Escalate risks and delays to internal stakeholders. Communicate clearly across Supply Chain, suppliers, and program teams. Preferred Background Experience in medical device manufacturing, operations, or regulatory environments. Exceptional organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail. Comfortable managing multiple suppliers and fast‑moving timelines. Ability to understand technical milestones and critical‑path dependencies.
