Purchasing Supervisor

Marriott is seeking a Purchasing Supervisor to oversee procurement for our hotels and food & beverage operations. This role manages purchasing of food, beverages, linens, equipment, and supplies, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with brand standards. Responsibilities include vendor selection and negotiation, reviewing bids, issuing POs, managing inventory levels, and coordinating deliveries with culinary, housekeeping, and engineering teams. The Purchasing Supervisor analyzes usage and pricing data, supports budget targets, enforces internal controls, and maintains accurate records while leading and developing a small purchasing or receiving team.
