Position Overview

We are looking for a Registered Nurse to become a part of our Operating Room team in Needham.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver perioperative care in both circulating and scrub capacities within an outpatient surgical environment.
• Offer clinical assistance and resources as needed.
• Collaborate effectively in a family-oriented perioperative setting.
• Commit to 10-hour shifts with occasional short-call duties.
• Available positions include both 32-hour and 40-hour workweeks.

Essential Qualifications Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience in the Operating Room.
• Experience with pediatric patients is preferred.

Licenses/Certifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Valid nursing license in Massachusetts.

Incentives

Sign-on bonuses are available: $20,000 for full-time positions (40 hours per week) and $16,000 for 32-hour positions, applicable to those with over 2 years of direct Operating Room experience as a Registered Nurse who have not been employed with us in the last 2 years.
