Senior Brand Manager (PAIN)

Responsibilities: Demonstrate deep understanding of disease state, market dynamics, patient/provider journey, customer insights, and competitive landscape Drive development, execution, and measurement of HCP tactics through agency and cross-functional collaboration Manage promotional approval process with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory partners Collaborate with Sales Training to maximize on-strategy education and engagement Oversee National Sales Meeting from strategic planning through execution Act as key sales force liaison and thought partner Challenge the status quo with fresh perspectives Plan, execute, and optimize with high urgency and strong project management Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required; marketing discipline preferred 8+ years experience required; commercial marketing strongly preferred; Psychiatry and Mood Disorders strongly preferred Skills/Experience: Brand marketing; social/digital marketing Critical/strategic thinking; project management and tactical execution Master scientific data; analytical thinking; financial/budget management Identify/develop/measure/optimize lead management funnels and initiatives Manage cross-functional teams and internal/external stakeholders Analyze complex, multi-faceted data; set priorities; meet deadlines; work independently Exceptional oral/written communication; Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) Pay/Benefits: Starting base pay range: $128K–$175K; eligible for annual bonus or sales incentive Medical (incl.
