Beach Front Property Management is looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and tech-comfortable Operations Support Specialist to join our Long Beach corporate office.

This is a hands-on operations role supporting vacancy marketing, property listings, technology platforms, site teams, and company-wide operational projects. You’ll work closely with District Managers, Sales, Accounting, IT, and Operations leadership to help keep property information accurate, vacancies marketed effectively, and day-to-day requests moving in the right direction.

What You’ll Do

• Support daily vacancy-marketing operations, including AI photo enhancement, virtual staging coordination, and marketing descriptions for listings on Zillow, Rent Café, Apartments.com, and related platforms.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Rent Café, Zillow, Apartments.com, and other listing-platform issues, including syndication concerns, inaccurate information, photo issues, and access questions.
• Assist the Operations team when vacancy-marketing issues are reported by identifying the concern, providing support, routing the issue to the proper owner, or redirecting users to training when appropriate.
• Coordinate with the Operations team to update Rent Café templates, photo selections, and marketing descriptions for new and existing properties.
• Maintain organized property photo folders, including master folders, updated images, and duplicate-photo cleanup.
• Conduct site walks for Operations, Marketing, or new-business support, capture clear notes and photos, and submit organized reports to the Sales team and COO.
• Conduct additional site walks when requested by the Sales team.
• Support proposal preparation by gathering rent rolls, site-walk photos, and property data when requested.
• Assist with sales presentations and related property-information preparation.
• Assist with RFP and contract-related information requests, including city, HUD, commercial, and high-rise proposal support, by gathering accurate scope details and cost inputs from the appropriate teams.
• Use marketing tools, including Rentometer and company-paid resources, to support vacancy-marketing research and rent-comparison requests.
• Route issues outside the role’s scope to the appropriate department, including pricing corrections to Accounting, website errors to IT, and phone or email changes through the approved escalation process.
• Support centralization projects, Zillow and Apartments.com follow-up, and potential new marketing system implementations.
• Assist with running the Marketing L10 meeting when needed.
• Help prepare and coordinate quarterly events and meetings, including SOTC, as needed.
• Support the COO, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams with related projects and follow-up.
• Assist with additional marketing, operations, and technology projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Comfortable using Excel sorting, filters, and basic formulas.
• Strong written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and maintain consistent follow-through.
• Ability to accurately prioritize and route incoming requests.
• Clear and professional communication with managers, supervisors, Sales, IT, Accounting, and Operations teams.
• Comfortable learning new technology, platforms, and workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and practical problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for local property visits.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or coursework in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Exposure to Yardi, Rent Café, Zillow, Apartments.com, or CRM platforms.
• Experience with AI photo or content tools.
• Familiarity with virtual staging or property-marketing tools.
• Experience with market-comparison or rent-research resources.

• Full-Time.
• 100% in-office in Long Beach, CA.
