Mobile Event Expert

Job Overview This role supports retail sales events by providing customers with a comprehensive and welcoming experience in a mobile showroom environment. It involves engaging customers to understand their needs and recommending appropriate products and services while supporting sales associates. Job Responsibilities Drive sales performance by collaborating with retail and partner sales associates during events to meet sales targets Build community partnerships by networking with local businesses to increase brand awareness and support event participation Engage proactively with diverse customers to provide product education, answer inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction Train and support sales associates to adapt to the event environment and deliver consistent customer experiences Also responsible for other duties or projects as assigned by business management as needed Education and Work Experience High School Diploma or GED (Required) Less than 2 years 6 months of retail experience in a high‑volume environment (Preferred) Less than 2 years 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (Preferred) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Brand Experience Design (Required) Communication (Required) Community Outreach (Required) Customer Service (Required) Multitasking (Required) Sales (Required) Other Requirements At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel Travel Required: Yes/No Travel: Yes DOT‑Regulated Position DOT Regulated Position: No Safety Sensitive Position: No Pay Range Base Pay Range: $20.00 - $35.19 Corporate Bonus Target: 5% Equal Opportunity Employer T‑Mobile USA, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
