Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

Owning end-to-end delivery for complex customer engagements, the full-time Senior Forward Deployed Engineer will design, build, and deploy AI-native solutions within customer environments while collaborating closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a remote or hybrid setting. Key responsibilities Design, build, and deploy AI-native solutions, including MCP servers and custom integrations, tailored to customer cloud infrastructures and compliance requirements Manage the infrastructure layer for customer deployments, including AWS environments, VPC networking, and security controls Engage with customer stakeholders to scope work, communicate progress, and build trust while transforming field learnings into reusable deployment patterns Required qualifications 7+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record of building and owning production systems Hands-on experience with LLM-powered applications and AI tools, with familiarity in frameworks like LangGraph or CrewAI being a plus Strong expertise in AWS and Terraform, including experience with VPC networking and security controls Proficient in Python and experienced in building APIs and async service patterns Experience with large-scale data systems such as Databricks, Delta Lake, or Snowflake, including debugging and performance optimization
