A well-established outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine practice in the Exeter/Portsmouth, NH area is hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist to join an experienced, collaborative team. Active adult caseload. Manual therapy focus. A staff that takes recruiting seriously because the bar is high.

The Schedule

• 4×10s or 5×8s — your choice
• Office hours: Monday–Thursday 7:00am–6:30pm; Friday 7:00am–5:00pm
• On 5×8s, you'll cover a closing shift (roughly 10:00am–6:30pm)
• 45-minute evaluation slots; 30-minute follow-ups
• 1–2 aides per office help start visits and wrap up with modalities

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and treat a full outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine caseload
• Build and progress individualized treatment plans grounded in manual therapy and therapeutic exercise
• Work alongside aides who help start visits and finish with modalities
• Document accurately and on time as the team migrates to Athena
• Contribute openly in shared training space and at quarterly team meetings

Not in this role: concussion management is fully covered in-house by Christie, and the practice does not treat Women's Health.

Requirements

• DPT, MPT, or BSPT from an accredited program
• Active New Hampshire PT license — or ability to obtain prior to start
• NPTE passed | BLS current
• Outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine experience required — manual therapy skills central to the role
• Comfortable treating an active adult population: runners, post-op patients, and work-comp cases
• Curious, coachable, and ready to keep learning — the team welcomes strong newer PTs as well as seasoned clinicians
