• 1st Shift: 6:45 AM - 3:30 PM

What You'll Do

As a Production Worker, you'll play a key role in the manufacturing process by:

• Operating production machinery and assisting machine operators
• Inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met
• Sorting and organizing products and materials
• Counting finished products to verify order accuracy
• Loading and unloading materials from machines, conveyors, and transport vehicles
• Palletizing products according to proper stacking procedures
• Keeping your work area clean, safe, and organized

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a cold-temperature environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods
• Dependable attendance and strong punctuality are required
• Comfortable submitting to and successfully pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced production setting
• Flexibility to move between different production line areas as needed
• Ability to wear and work in all required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
