Job Full Description Perform first piece in process and final inspections on CNC machined parts
Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers height gauges bore gauges and CMM equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records
Identify non conforming materials and products and assist with corrective actions
Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
conduct audits and assist with root cause analysis of quality issues
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company quality procedures
Work with machine operators and management to improve product quality and reduce defects
Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety procedures Grove, OK
