Our continuous efforts to refine our processes ensure a smooth and safe experience for our patients, all while upholding excellence in the care we deliver.30 Monitored Beds 6 Patient Fast Track Areas Level IV Trauma Center Fast-paced Environment • An average of 70-80 patients per day in winter months • Approximately 100 patients per day in summer months Offering a variety of shift opportunities including Days, Mids and Night Shifts Certified Stroke Center Base hospital for surrounding EMS departments Offering on-site rotor wing aircrafts for transfers to higher levels of care with access to off-site fixed wing optionsJob SummaryThis position serves to provide productive learning experiences for the new graduate nurse after the acquisition of the Arizona Registered Nurse.Essential Functions- Participates with other disciplines in the planning, implementation, evaluation and modification of nursing care and gives direct nursing care.- Performs nursing procedures following Tiered Nursing Orientation and competency checklists for which competency has been established and signed off.
