WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR Monona, WI, US 7 days ago Requisition ID: 1039 Rundle-Spence Mfg, Inc., an industry leading distributor is seeking a motivated Warehouse Supervisor/AM Lead Person to join our team. The position starts at 05:30 AM supervising our morning team of drivers and warehouse associates in finalizing the day's order processing and routing our trucks for efficient delivery and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing and overseeing warehouse and delivery operations and will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of our warehouse. Responsibilities: Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and delivery. Manage and motivate a team of warehouse associates and drivers Develop and implement warehouse processes and procedures Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards Monitor inventory levels and manage inventory control.
