We are seeking an x-ray certified Dental Assistant to join us!What You'll Do as a Dental Assistant:Provide outstanding customer service for the patient, demonstrating excellent chairside manner during all proceduresTake radiographs of patients using standard digital dental radiographic equipmentPerform efficient and accurate procedures to help maintain doctors' schedule and patient flow; ensure limited to no patient wait time; maintain time flexibility for patient; be present, engaged, and preparedClean and set up treatment roomsReview patient chart prior to doctor arrival and log appropriate patient data during exam and treatmentOrder and organize dental suppliesThis is a full-time Dental Assistant position with a schedule of: Monday - Thursday 7AM to 4PMWhat We Offer:Competitive compensation package that includes health insurance, life insurance, paid & sick time off, holiday pay, and 401k with matchingPotential for monthly performance bonuses! $$3 day weekends!A welcoming and inclusive workplace cultureDental & Vision InsuranceDisability insuranceHealth Savings Account + Flexible Spending AccountEmployee Assistance Program + Employee Discount ProgramQualificationsWhat You'll Need as a Dental Assistant:Active Dental Radiology Certification in the state of Oregon1 or more year(s) of Dental Assisting Experience is required.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and work efficientlyReliability and punctualityIf you take pride in clinical excellence and creating a calm, supportive environment for patients undergoing specialty procedures, we would love to hear from you.
