To enhance client engagement, the full-time remote Client Engagement Social Specialist will monitor social media channels, respond to client inquiries, and support community management across multiple platforms while representing the company's voice and values. Key responsibilities Monitor social channels and respond promptly to client inquiries Engage proactively with clients to enhance the company's presence on social media Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues and improve processes Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in social media management, community management, or customer support Strong knowledge of the APAC crypto scene and familiarity with Chinese crypto culture on social media Hands-on experience with platforms like X, Reddit, Telegram, and Discord Familiarity with social media management tools such as Sprinklr and Zendesk Fluency in English and Chinese Mandarin, with writing proficiency in Simplified Chinese
