This role requires a true CNC machinist profile, not a basic machine tender. The machinist will operate CNC equipment, support setups, edit programs as needed, adjust machining processes, perform first article/self-inspection, and work from blueprints in a precision aerospace manufacturing environment. Candidates should be able to contribute quickly while covering an active production seat.Software/Tools UsedOkuma, Haas, Citizens, Swiss, Makino, lathes, vertical mills, CNC programs/G-code editing, tooling/gauge crib, micrometers, calipers, gauges, first article inspection tools, blueprints, standard shop-floor production documentation.Top 3 Skills/Must HavesCNC machining experience on mills, lathes, Swiss, Makino, Okuma, Haas, Citizens, or similar equipment.Setup, program editing, first article inspection, and blueprint reading capability.Ability to work onsite 1st shift Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM.Preferred Qualifications & SkillsCNC setup experience, first article inspection experience, ability to edit CNC programs, CNC programming experience, aerospace or tight-tolerance machining background, experience with Okuma/Haas/Citizens/Swiss/Makino, ability to troubleshoot machining issues, ability to inspect own work using micrometers/calipers/gauges.
