Pediatric Home Health

Location: North Austin, Pflugerville, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Leander, Liberty Hill, Brushy Creek, Manor, Hutto and Elgin
Pay: $43,000 - $75,000 Annually

Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time | Flexible Hours

We’re looking for a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) who is passionate about supporting children as they build independence through play, creativity, and everyday routines—while enjoying flexibility and a truly supportive team culture.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide occupational therapy services to children under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Implement individualized, play-based treatment plans addressing sensory, fine motor, and daily living skill needs.
• Support children during therapy sessions using engaging, functional, and developmentally appropriate activities.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and our multidisciplinary therapy team to ensure progress and carryover.
• Educate families on strategies and home activities to promote development.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our easy-to-use EMR system.

What You’ll Need:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Texas PTA license (or eligibility).
• NBCOT PTA certification (or eligibility).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A heart for helping kids and families reach meaningful goals.
