Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Shift: Day 4x10-Hour or Day 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 10:00 - 20:30 or 12:00 - 20:30

Experience: Minimum 2 years required

License: Active license required before start

Certifications: BLS, NMTCB

Must-Have: Charge experience, charting experience preferred

Description: Immediate start available. Candidates must possess ARRT (N) or CNMT certification. On-call duty required: 1 weekday per week and every 4th weekend (Friday to Monday AM). Experience with community hospital charting preferred. Responsibilities include performing various nuclear medicine procedures. Skills required: Starting and maintaining IVs, storing, handling, and disposal of radioactive materials. Experience in adult, pediatric, and various diagnostic scans is essential. Knowledge of advanced equipment and protocols is required. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Availability to work on some holidays is necessary. An on-site drug screen will be conducted prior to employment. Compliance with all facility policies and procedures is mandatory.
