Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will undertake the full scope of GP responsibilities, with opportunities to manage routine consultations, urgent medical presentations and procedural cases. The position follows a structured scheduling model in which veterinarians concentrate on a single clinical workflow per shift, covering consultations, Urgent Care or procedures, allowing focused patient management and appropriate allocation of clinical time. The successful candidate will exercise independent clinical judgement, supported by an in-clinic team and an integrated technology platform designed to streamline medical documentation and administrative responsibilities. The role provides opportunities for clinical mentorship, continuing professional development and career progression, with individualized onboarding and training tailored to professional experience. Applicants must hold a veterinary qualification recognized for practice in the United States and possess an active California veterinary license in good standing at the commencement of employment. Practice Details
The clinic provides comprehensive primary veterinary care, including preventive healthcare, vaccinations, parasite management, Internal Medicine, Dermatology, chronic disease management, dentistry and soft tissue surgery. Daytime Urgent Care services accommodate patients requiring prompt assessment and treatment during clinic operating hours. Dental facilities support professional dental cleaning, dental extractions and periodontal disease management, while surgical capabilities include soft tissue procedures performed with appropriate anesthetic monitoring and postoperative care. The practice incorporates modern diagnostic equipment and an integrated clinical technology platform designed to support medical record management, workflow efficiency and continuity of care. An additional 24/7 Virtual Care team provides remote clinical guidance and triage support for registered patients. The clinic's structured operating model separates consultation, urgent care and procedural workflows, supporting focused clinical practice and consistent standards of patient care.

Team
The clinic operates with a collaborative veterinary team supported by dedicated in-clinic personnel who take an active role in patient care and clinical workflow management. The existing veterinary team includes two clinicians with experience across preventive medicine, medical case management and client education, providing opportunities for shared clinical discussion and professional development.
