We are a locally owned home care agency serving seniors and families throughout the Marietta and West Cobb area.

Whenever possible, caregivers are matched with consistent clients rather than rotating between homes.

Responsibilities May Include:

Companionship and conversation Light housekeeping and meal preparation Medication reminders Transportation to appointments and errands Personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) Dementia and memory care support Mobility assistance and transfers as needed What We’re Looking For:

Dependable and punctual Compassionate and patient Comfortable working independently Strong communication skills with families and office staff Caregiving, senior care, home care, PCA, CNA, HHA, or family caregiving experience preferred We provide training and support for caregivers who demonstrate compassion, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

Requirements:

At least 18 years old Reliable transportation Valid driver’s license Ability to pass background screening Authorized to work in the United States Pay & Benefits:

$16–$19 per hour depending on experience Flexible schedules Opportunity for consistent weekly hours Paid orientation and training Supportive local leadership team Ongoing training opportunities Service Area:

Marietta, Kennesaw, Powder Springs, Austell, Mableton, and surrounding West Cobb communities.
