Senior Product Manager, Enterprise Data Governance

Drive the vision for the product lifecycle of Enterprise Data Governance initiatives, successfully transitioning fragmented, bespoke systems into a unified, AI-ready data foundation.Identify high-impact opportunities and prioritize critical investments across the hub-and-spoke operating model, ensuring cohesion and end-to-end accountability for the success of enterprise data domains.Leverage AI to enhance personal productivity and accelerate the delivery of semantic layers and knowledge graphs, proactively advocating for data literacy and creating new AI-powered product opportunities.Develop resourceful, proactive solutions for complex, ambiguous cross-domain data challenges, replacing legacy system constraints with strategic frameworks that deliver long-term business impact.Build strong consensus with tech leads and senior managers across multiple engineering and business teams to enforce clear product direction and unified data ownership.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.8 years of experience in technical product management.3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).Experience building or implementing AI/ML-driven features or infrastructure (e.g., working with LLMs, NLP, or data pipelines).Experience taking software products through a full lifecycle.Experience working with cross-functional teams.Preferred qualifications:Master's degree in a technology or business related field.5 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.Experience in the data domain, enterprise platforms or infrastructure.Experience with prompt engineering, model evaluation, or deploying AI solutions in a corporate/enterprise environment.Experience using data to justify product decisions and measure the efficiency gains of automated workflows.At Google, we put our users first.
