Job Overview A law firm seeks a full-time partnership‑track associate with at least 2 years of experience in bank mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, or bank corporate governance for their Austin, Texas office. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic record, excellent analytical skills, and a collaborative spirit. Duties Assist with bank mergers and acquisitions. Engage in capital raising activities. Advise on bank corporate governance matters. Support bank operations and related regulatory issues. Contribute to financial services technology contracting. Participate in financial services product development. Work with FinTech or Emerging Growth Companies. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Strong academic record and analytical skills. Team‑oriented mindset. D.C. or Texas bar membership preferred, required within one year. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Bar membership in D.C. or Texas preferred. Skills Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
