Schedule: 8am - 5pm (Monday-Friday)

Pay: $20/hr

Contract to hire

Assist equipment operators on hydrovac, sewer, and underground utility projects. Help ensure safe and efficient job site operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist operators with hoses, tools, and equipment

• Set up and break down job sites (cones, barriers, safety signage)

• Expose underground utilities safely for inspection or excavation

• Maintain and clean equipment and tools

• Follow all safety procedures and protocols

• Support the crew as needed during field operations

Requirements / Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Physical stamina for lifting, bending, and climbing

• Team-oriented with good communication skills

• Prior construction, utility, or field experience is a plus but not required
