Educational Team Associate

Job Description The Educational Team Associate reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and supports the team supervisors. Responsibilities Copies and collates Individual Education Plans, reviews meetings, student assessments, quarterly progress reports, and other periodic and special documentation related to student programs Maintains records, processes documents, completes related purchase orders, and follows up on orders purchased Sends correspondence related to individual student programs, meetings, and general program management Assists in the scheduling of meetings and sends mailings to necessary parties on schedule Maintains student permanent records in accordance with current policies Qualifications High school graduate with experience in administrative functions and general office procedures At least one year of experience preferred in human service programs Selection for employment is made regardless of race, color, religion, creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, pregnancy or pregnancy-related condition, marital status, national origin, ancestry, age, disability, handicap, genetic information, someone who is a member of, applies to perform, or has an obligation to perform, service in a uniformed military service of the United States, including the National Guard, on the basis of that membership, application or obligation; veteran status, or any other bases protected by law.
