Rheumatology Territory Business Manager, San Diego, CA

argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager to drive demand generation and build relationships with healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacies, and infusion providers in the San Diego/Irvine Rheumatology market. The role combines sales execution with strategic account planning to expand patient access to VYVGART and advance the company's autoimmune disease pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacies, and infusion providers
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans using data-driven insights and market intelligence
• Build and maintain productive relationships with assigned customers and affiliated partners
• Achieve and exceed sales objectives while maintaining compliance and integrity standards
• Submit account plans, customer interactions, and CRM activities accurately and on schedule

Requirements

• 5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
• Demonstrated Rheumatology sales background strongly preferred
• Proven track record of consistent high sales performance and business objective achievement
• Experience developing and executing territory and account strategies
• Strong understanding of specialty pharmacy and market access dynamics
• Bachelor's degree required
• Current residency within assigned San Diego/Irvine territory

Compensation: $140,000–$192,500 base annual salary
