Full-Time Nights | 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
Rotating Schedule Including Every Other Weekend

Southern Health Partners is seeking a dedicated Full-Time LPN for our night shift team at the Troup County Jail in Georgia. This is a role for nurses who stay steady under pressure, think critically, and want their work to matter every single shift.

Correctional nursing brings together medical, emergency, and behavioral health experience in a setting where your skills stay active and your nights move with purpose. No endless call lights. No waiting for your shift to pass. Just real nursing, strong teamwork, and the chance to make a meaningful impact.

Job Description

As an LPN with Southern Health Partners, you will:

Deliver direct patient care and medication administration
Conduct nursing assessments and intake screenings
Assist with emergency response and triage situations
Monitor chronic care patients and treatment plans
Maintain accurate documentation and medical records
Collaborate closely with RNs, providers, and correctional staff
Help create a safe, professional, and compassionate care environment
