Source profiles from various job portals such as Naukri, Monster, Shine, etc. Initial screening and profile matching with reference to educational qualification, experience, and communication. Schedule candidates for interviews (telephonic, F2F, Skype, Zoom, etc.). Strong knowledge of Excel. Negotiate salary and notice period. Regular follow‑up with candidates until joining.
