Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Nuclear Medicine Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures in accordance with departmental protocols.
• Conduct quality control tests on imaging equipment to ensure optimal operation.
• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients as required for procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of patient procedures and radiopharmaceutical usage.
• Ensure compliance with radiation safety standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other staff members to ensure effective patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in nuclear medicine technology.
• BASIC LIFE SUPPORT certification from the American Heart Association.
• Registered Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology certification from ARRT.
• Experience in a large hospital environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
