Role Senior Marketing Lead for Ceva North America’s Behavior & Wellbeing portfolio, overseeing strategy, growth, and P&L for brands like Feliway and Thunder. Responsibilities develop and execute omnichannel marketing plans, lead innovation and product launches, optimize marketing ROI, and manage two direct reports while collaborating across functions including Sales, Digital Commerce, Veterinary, R&D, and Global Marketing. Requirements Bachelor's in Marketing or related field 9+ years in brand or portfolio marketing within consumer health, pet care, or animal health sectors experience managing P&L and leading cross-functional teams strong omnichannel expertise proven success in brand growth and innovation budget management and analytical skills ability to operate in a fast-paced, agile environment High Value pet care, animal health, behavior/wellbeing, brand management, omnichannel marketing, product innovation, global collaboration.
