Commercial and Business Litigation Attorney

An established (20+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Transactional Commercial Real Estate Attorney in White Plains, New York.

An established firm based in White Plains, New York with over 20+ years in practice is seeking a Transactional Commercial Real Estate Attorney with 3-7 years of experience to join their team onsite four days per week . This role focuses on commercial real estate transactions , including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development matters, while advising clients on deal structure, risk allocation, and regulatory compliance throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Salary range: $150,000-$190,000+, contingent on experience

Qualifications:
Active New York Bar admission in good standing
3-7 years of transactional commercial real estate experience
Strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents
Demonstrated ability to manage complex commercial real estate transactions independently
Strong communication skills with the ability to advise sophisticated clients on legal and business considerations

 

Responsibilities:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial real estate agreements including purchase and sale contracts, leases, and loan documents
Managing due diligence processes and coordinating with lenders, title companies, surveyors, and opposing counsel
Advising clients on zoning, land use, and regulatory issues impacting commercial real estate transactions
Supporting acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development matters from inception through closing
Maintaining and expanding client relationships by providing practical and strategic transactional guidance
