The standard working hours are established from 9 am – 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Due to the service-oriented nature of the industry and the scheduling needs of our clientele, candidates must also fulfill evening shifts, weekend shifts, and on-call duties as required.WHAT YOU DO:You will begin your day by traveling directly from your home to client residences to conduct comprehensive in-home consultations, assess residential heating and cooling requirements, educate homeowners on available equipment options, and present customized technical solutions. You will establish formal, trust-based relationships with clients by delivering clear guidance regarding product specifications, pricing structures, and installation procedures. You will oversee the entire customer journey from the initial evaluation through project completion, serving as the primary liaison and conducting post-installation follow-ups to ensure complete client satisfaction. You will work closely with administrative personnel and technical installation teams to generate precise project proposals and ensure seamless operational handoffs. Additionally, you will diligently maintain all client records within the ServiceTitan software platform, operate across both indoor and outdoor work environments, and physically access residential attics and crawl spaces to accurately evaluate system requirements and achieve your sales objectives.HVAC SALES REP MUST-HAVES:3+ years of sales experience in the trades, including HVACProven track record in in-home sales, being self-motivated, coachable, and competitive to set and chase goalsProject management skills and the ability to multitask, work independently, and contribute to the overall success of the teamStrong communication, listening, and interpersonal skillsProficiency with computer skills and comfort using a tablet, CRM, and proposal software, along with the ability to learn ServiceTitan softwareValid driver's license and clean driving recordHVAC technical experience (preferred)ABOUT USWhen clients need experienced, full-service technicians, they turn to Town & Country Services.
